A five-day leadership journey along Spain's Camino de Santiago, Spain for accomplished women exploring what's next. Through guided reflection, conversation, and movement, gain clarity, courage, and renewed purpose for your next chapter.

Fiona Macaulay and Lisa Neuberger co-created the Next Chapter Accelerator after navigating their own career transitions.
Fiona is a serial social innovator and executive coach who designs and facilitates leadership workshops for Fortune 500 companies, leading NGOs and multi-lateral institutions. Fiona leads the WILD Network, a community of 25,000 purpose-driven leaders, and serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. Fiona has personally navigated multiple career transitions and brings deep expertise in helping accomplished leaders design their next chapters with courage and intention.
Lisa Neuberger Fernandez is a purpose-driven leader with a 25+ year high-impact career in the US and Europe. As Managing Director of Strategy + Innovation at Accenture, she led global teams to accelerate the net positive impact of Fortune 500 companies, governments and NGOs. Now in a portfolio career, she delivers ‘innovation as a service’ to scale-ups, coaches C-suite executives, and teaches strategy at European business schools. Co-author of Rebalance: How Women Lead, Parent, Partner, and Thrive, she holds an MBA from Wharton and a Master’s from the Fletcher School at Tufts. An American living in Madrid, she enjoys singing jazz, playing tennis, and going on ‘walk and talks’ in beautiful places.
